Return & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at care@minutetocleanit.com with your order details for a quick cancellation process.

Replacement Policy (Defective / Damaged Products Only):
We take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a replacement.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all parts/accessories.

  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for replacement.

Return Requests (Non-Defective Products):
If you still wish to return a product for personal reasons (not related to defects or damages), you may do so within 7 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

  • The product must be in unused, original condition with full packaging intact.

Replacement / Return Process:
To request a replacement or return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at care@minutetocleanit.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos (for defective cases). Our team will verify and respond within 1 business day.

Refunds:

  • Refunds (only in case of non-defective returns) will be processed once we receive and inspect the product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, after deducting return shipping charges.
