Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at care@minutetocleanit.com with your order details for a quick cancellation process.

Return Policy:
If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at care@minutetocleanit.com, providing your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1 business day to assist you with the process.

Return Shipping:
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for pickup from your address at no extra charge. You will need to print the provided courier label and attach it to the package.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the product in satisfactory condition.

Conditions for Returns:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be in original packaging and in good condition.

Exceptions:
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
