Return & Replacement Policy

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at care@minutetocleanit.com with your order details for a quick cancellation.

No Returns — Replacement Only:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or personal reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, we will replace it free of charge.

Replacement is offered when:

• The product is received damaged or defective, or

• Parts/accessories are missing from your order.

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos/videos of the issue.

How it works:
We arrange a free return pickup from your address and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you. You don't pay any return shipping.

Not eligible for replacement:
Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition.
